This project showcases my role in providing comprehensive administrative and social media support to Dr. Jillian Woodruff, a highly accomplished professional who balances her career as a doctor with roles as a mother, non-profit volunteer, and radio host. My responsibilities included streamlining her daily operations, managing her social media presence, and organizing various professional and personal commitments. Through effective content creation, communication management, and event planning, I contributed to enhancing her efficiency and online visibility, enabling her to focus on her diverse responsibilities.

Objective:

To provide comprehensive administrative and social media support to Jillian Woodruff MD, a multifaceted professional balancing roles as a doctor, mom, non-profit volunteer, and radio host. The goal was to streamline her day-to-day operations, manage social media presence, and support her various professional and personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:
    • Appointment and Scheduling Management: Coordinated daily appointments, managed calendars, and scheduled activities for both personal and professional commitments. Ensured all appointments and meetings were organized and timely.
    • Communication Management: Handled communications, including managing emails, coordinating with vendors, and preparing correspondence. Acted as a liaison to ensure smooth and efficient interactions.
    • Event Planning: Assisted in planning and organizing events for both her non-profit involvement and radio show. This included developing agendas, arranging guest appearances, and managing event logistics
  2. Social Media Management:
    • Content Creation: Developed and scheduled engaging content for social media platforms to promote Jillian Woodruff’s medical practice, radio show, and non-profit activities. Ensured content aligned with her brand and audience interests.
    • Engagement and Community Management: Monitored social media interactions, responded to comments and messages, and engaged with followers to build and maintain a strong online community.
    • Vendor Communication: Managed communications with social media vendors and partners, including negotiating contracts and overseeing deliverables.
  3. Life Organization:
    • Children’s Activities and Calendars: Organized and managed schedules for children’s activities, ensuring a balanced approach to family and professional commitments.
    • Non-Profit and Radio Show Support: Assisted in developing programs and finding guests for the medical call-in radio show. Supported the non-profit by preparing agendas and coordinating activities.
